*** Please note: This is a remote working position, but it does require frequent travel so proximity to a major airport is a must! Prefer candidates living in a major city in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA IL, NC, TN, TX. ***

Typical duties:

  • Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and account plans in collaboration with the Alternate Site Sales Director
  • Develop and execute strategies for generating leads, building pipelines, and closing opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute effective sales strategies that maintain the existing base of business while driving new business
  • Lead territory opportunity development to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Prepare bids, price quotes, RFP responses, & presentations for assigned products
  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape including, GPO’s, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors, etc.
  • Resolve customer service questions and issues in close coordination with internal stakeholders quickly and diplomatically
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed


  • Bachelor's Degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and/or marketing, including business management
  • At least five years’ experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare or medical sales
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with customers, employees, and vendors at all levels
  • Ability to manage allocations
  • Must have a proven track record of growing business with large, complex customers
  • Ability to think strategically and independently
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver results with a variable workload and multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office and CRM (Customer Records Management) systems
  • Must pass background check within company standards

What we are looking for:

  • Experience selling IVIG or other infusion drugs and/or services
  • Experience selling to specialty pharmacies, physician infusion suites and outpatient infusion clinics
  • Ability to sell in a buy-and-bill marketplace
  • Ability to understand complex contracting and develop sound financial business case.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills in a complex environment
